Deposit: Bookings will become binding upon receipt of the equal to 20% of the rent. The payment in settlement of the stay should be paid the day of arrival before the delivery of the keys. In case of cancellation, the deposit will be reimbursed at the following conditions:
a)if the cancellation is communicated with a written notice at least 1 month prior the date of the beginning of the stay, 50% of the deposit will be reimbursed;
b)if the cancellation is communicated after that date, the deposit will be kept and the contract will be over.
Non-arrival of the guest on the fixed date: Without any written communication the hotel-keeper has to reserve the lodging until and no longer of 12 a.m. of the day following the expected arrival.
Early departure or late arrival of the guest: In case of the guest’s late arrival or early departure, The latter has the right of full payment of the lodging. Even if the room is not used, it will remain at the guest’s disposal. If the hotel-keeper lets the room within this period he must reimburse the original guest for the sum corresponding to the reoccupied period.
Deposit: At the delivery of the keys will be asked for a deposit of € 50,00, as a guarantee of the inventoried apartment and of the possible final cleaning of the kitchen and it will be reimbursed at the departure after inspection of the lodging. Discrepancies, breakdowns, damages and claims must be immediately reported to the Direction, otherwise the guest will be held responsible for such breakages or insufficiencies. Any needed repair will be done by persons authorised to enter the apartment even in absence of the guest.
Arrival and departure: The apartment will be at the guest’s disposal from 2.30 p.m. of the arrival day and has to be left free by 10.00 a.m. of leaving day. The apartment must be tidy, free of garbage, fridge empty and washed dishes.
