EARLY DEPARTURE OR LATE ARRIVAL OF THE GUEST:
Unless a previous agreement has been agreed with the hotel-keeper, in case of the guest's late arrival or early departure when not the hotel-keeper's fault, the guest has to pay the full payment for the room(with overnight stay). Even if the room is not used it will at the guest's disposal. If the hotel keeper rents the room during this period, the client must be reimbursed with the sum corresponding to the period for which the room is rented.
NON ARRIVAL OF THE GUEST OR CANCELLATION:
Your credit card details are required by the hotel only as a guarantee . The hotel has the right to check validity of the credit card before your arrival (requesting authorisation from the relevant circuit). The client shall pay for accommodation directly at the hotel.
The following amount due for the accommodation provided shall be withdrawn from the credit card only by the hotel manager, if should there be cancellations and/or no-show:
-For cancellations occurring less than 7 days before date of arrival, will be charged the 20% of the total ammount of the whole stay.
-For cancellations between 30 days before and 8 days before arrival will be charged the 10% of the total ammount of the whole stay.
-In case of no show the day of arrival, without a previous cancellation, will be charged the whole ammount of the stay.
