15th Riviera Trophy
From 15th to 18th April 2022
The great sporting event, together with the “15th Riviera Trophy youth football tournament”, will be held again at the Olympic Village in Lignano Sabbiadoro. Thanks to the tournament, authorized by F.I.G.C. and U.E.F.A, teams of following categories, coming from all over Italy and from some European nations, will take part to this event in this area: Youth category A, Students B, Youth category A, Youth category B, Beginners A, Beginners B, The under eleven 2° year, Juniors under eleven 1° year and First Kicks. 14th Adriasport Easter Trophy
From 15th to 18th April 2022
The 14th edition of the Youth Football Tournament Adriasport Easter Trophy Lignano Sabbiadoro, the most valuable football event in the North Adriatic, will be held at the municipal stadium “G. 6th Triathlon Sprint City of Lignano
23 and 24 April 2022
In the next-to-last weekend of April Lignano will host the 6th edition of the Triathlon Sprint Gold City of Lignano and the TriSpeedo Olympic, where more than 400 athletes from different regions will compete! The Triathlon Sprint Gold race will take place on Saturday April 23rd, while the TriSpeedo Olympic race will be held on Sunday April 24th, 2022, with meeting point in Piazza Marcello d’Olivo in Lignano Pineta and expected arrival on the Alberto Kechler seafront, by the Tenda Bar. 47th edition of the Two Gulfs Regatta
From 23rd April to 25th April
At the end of the month there will also be the 47th edition of the Two Gulfs-Memorial Burgato Regatta, organized by the Yacht Club Lignano. Valid for the qualification of the ORC Italian World Championship and the Italian championship, the Regatta will host over 300 sailing boats from all over Italy and other neighbouring European countries in the waters of Lignano, which will fight in a succession of various Regatta tests. 35th edition Lignano in Fiore
From 23rd April to 1st May 2022
The Hemingway Park will host Lignano In fiore, the annual appointment with the spring festival (also called the flower festival), that has now reached its 35th edition. Colours, food and stands, and flowers will enliven the park. The real protagonists of this festival are the children who will be engaged in small workshops, theatrical performances, dances, music but also in chasing the flights of balloons and kites, as well as in many other supportive and creative activities. Adria Inclusive Games
From 5th to ’8th May 2022
ollowing the success of past years, the non-competitive sporting event Adria Inclusive Games Lignano Sabbiadoro comes back once again at the Holiday Village “Bella Italia.” The event is reserved for athletes with relational/intellectual disabilities, who will compete in Beach Soccer, Five-a-side football, basketball category C21. The athletes will also have the opportunity of trying other disciplines between land and sea, including swimming, golf, archery, rugby, volley, bowls, tennis, table tennis, judo, sailing and canoeing. All the disciplines will be disputed and tested in an integrated way in the program “Mixed Ability,” that the society SPORT21 ITALIA has joined by signing the manifesto. Lignano Sup Marathon World Cup

By popular request, the 6th edition of the “Lignano SUP Marathon“ is back. The regatta is held only at an amateur level, but the competitive races, with professional athletes and prize money, will be included this year. The total length of the route, which will affect the whole peninsula, will be 23 km. The route is dedicated to all types of Stand-up paddle, with a minimum size of 10 feet, to be covered individually or in group, or with relay teams. Triveneto Twirling Championship
May 15th, 2022
In mid-May, the 2nd Round of the Triveneto Interregional Twirling Championship Second Division and Third Division, Italian Cup, will take place at the Municipal Gym of Lignano Sabbiadoro. The test involves a competition between athletes from Friuli-Venezia Giulia, Veneto, and Trentino Alto Adige, who will combine movements of rhythmic and artistic gymnastics with the use of the stick thrown into the air or spun rotated on the body. 36° Biker Fest International Lignano
From 19th to 22nd May 2022
A great return: the Biker Fest Lignano, the custom festival at an international level, but also the most important event in the field for Italy returns in Lignano for its 36th edition. People from all over Europe are expected. For the most passionate, the best custom motorcycle builders will be present with over 325 Italian exhibitors, but also foreigners, from all over the world, all in an area of almost 500.000 square metres of events.
